Mobile Maintenance Superintendent

Shape the future of our maintenance team! We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to lead our operational maintenance teams and drive the safe, efficient upkeep of our modern mobile fleet, ensuring maximum output and supporting our growing operations.

Based in Leonora, an hour flight from Perth, this role is offered on an 8/6 FIFO or DIDO roster from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage maintenance KPIs, budgets and scheduling for the project
• Identify and implement improvement and optimisation initiatives in the areas of cost reduction and maintenance practices
• Provide direction and coaching to maintenance teams with a focus on risk management and safe work practices
• Ensure that machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture within the maintenance team

About You

You will thrive in a collaborative, high‑performance environment, bringing experience, insight, and a willingness to share knowledge to support the continuous development of our maintenance team.

• Significant demonstrated experience in open pit mining
• Extensive knowledge in Mobile Maintenance with proven leadership experience at the supervisor or superintendent level
• A strong background and technical understanding of a range of large-scale mining equipment
• Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
• National accredited trade base (mechanical or electrical)
